Intervene in public space in the most minimal way possible to change the meaning of something. A sticker on a sign, a word added to a poster, an object moved 10cm. Photograph before/after.

Instructions

  1. Observe the public space around you for one hour... signs, posters, objects, signage.
  2. Photograph the 'before'. Same framing as the 'after'.
  3. Intervene. As minimally as possible. A sticker on a sign that changes its meaning, a letter removed from a poster, an object moved ten centimeters.
  4. Photograph the 'after' with exactly the same framing.
  5. Post both photos on the site. The constraint: the intervention must be revealed by looking, not by the caption.

Variants

Make ten minimal interventions in one day in the same neighborhood.

Do it indoors... in your office, your home, a shared workspace.
