The Irrational Walk
Have yourself photographed in an impossible position. No digital manipulation.
Have yourself photographed in a position that appears physically impossible (walking on a wall, holding on an invisible edge...).
Instructions
- Choose a physical impossibility to simulate... walking on a wall, balancing on nothing, floating on an object...
- Think about the setup... what camera angle, what prop, what architecture can create the illusion.
- Set up the scene and position with someone who will photograph.
- Take as many attempts as necessary... the angle must be perfect.
- Post the final photo on the site. One rule only... no digital retouching.
Variants
Create a series of ten photos forming a coherent "walk" through impossibility.
Do it in a public place where real passersby are part of the scenery.
