The Intentional Ephemeral
Write a beautiful page. Burn it. That's your creation.
Create something authentic and beautiful on paper. Then burn it or intentionally destroy it. Impermanence is the artwork.
Instructions
- On white paper, write a thought, a poem, a drawing... something true for you.
- Prepare a safe space (a bowl or a garden). Film or photograph your creation first.
- Burn it slowly. Watch it disappear.
- Collect the ashes if they speak to you.
- Post the photo or video of the process on the site. The ashes remain yours.
Variants
Destroy it differently... tearing, burying, immersion.
Create something for someone else, then destroy it without them knowing.
