Constraint n°016
Measured Pain
Document your daily pains. Scale, drawing, color.
Document daily physical/psychological pain (scale 1-10). Written journal + visual trace (drawing, color, photo of the area).
Instructions
- Prepare a notebook or dedicated file. At the top of each page: the date.
- Each evening, note all pains felt during the day... physical (back, head, belly) and psychological (anxiety, sadness, frustration). No interpretation, just the facts.
- Add a visual trace: draw the painful area on a body diagram, or color a box of a grid with a color that corresponds to the intensity.
- Don't comment, don't judge... just document. Pain is a fact, not a weakness.
- After one week, look at the whole. The patterns, the repetitions, the absences. Post the scanned or photographed notebook on the site.
Variants
Only note psychological pain.
Transform the data into a graph at the end of the week.
