The Kind Post-it
Write kind messages on post-its. Stick them where people will find them.
Write short, kind messages on post-it notes. Stick them in semi-public places: an elevator, a shared fridge, a library book, a bathroom mirror.
Instructions
- Write ten kind messages on post-it notes. Simple, sincere, universal.
- Choose ten places where someone will find them during their day.
- Stick them discreetly. Don't sign them.
- Note where you put each one.
- A week later, go back to check if they're still there. Write about what you imagine happened.
Variants
Write one post-it every day for a month. Thirty messages, thirty places.
Ask someone to leave post-its for you. A back-and-forth of anonymous kindness.
