Instructions

  1. Put your bag on your front. Straps on your back, bag on your chest.
  2. Go about your entire day like this. Commute, work, shopping, everything.
  3. Observe how people react. Observe how you move differently.
  4. Note the practical difficulties and the unexpected advantages.
  5. In the evening, write three observations about what this reversal changed.
