Wait 48 hours after an emotionally difficult event (breakup, loss, conflict). Then write your private journal without self-censorship.
Instructions
- Something painful happens to you.
- Wait 48 hours. Don't talk. Let it rest.
- Write your journal. Everything. No filter.
- Re-read it. Underline passages where you discover yourself.
- Share it anonymously on the site, or keep it secret. Just describe the process.
Variants
Also write a journal 1 hour after, and compare the two versions.
Write to the person involved (but don't send it to them).
